Retningslinjer for frakt

At MAOU, every piece is made to order. This means we don't keep large quantities of finished stock on hand — instead, your item is crafted specifically for you once your order is placed. This allows us to reduce waste and ensure every piece meets our quality standards.

Because of this, please allow for the following timelines:

Production time: 2–4 weeks Shipping time: Added on top of production time, depending on your location

This means your total delivery time is production time plus shipping time. For example, if production takes 3 weeks and shipping takes an additional 3–5 business days, your order will arrive approximately 3–4 weeks after purchase.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on your delivery address and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.

Delays 

While we do our best to stay within the stated timelines, please note that production and shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Factors such as high order volume, holidays, or carrier delays may occasionally affect delivery times. We'll always keep you updated if anything changes with your order.
